3) Complete the Forms
Fill out the Project Information Form and Design Style Questionnaire to help us understand your vision, goals, and aesthetic direction.

4) Schedule Your Consultation
Use the provided link to book your virtual consultation at a time that fits your schedule.

5) Prepare for the Call
Please ensure all forms are submitted at least 72 hours before your consultation so we can make the most of our time together.

6) Design Creation
Following our call, we’ll begin crafting your personalized design concept. This includes your moodboard, color palette, and curated selections for furniture, décor, and finishes.

7) Delivery of Your Design Package
Within 2–3 weeks of your consultation, you’ll receive your beautifully organized Mini Muse Design Package — a detailed PDF with your concept board, styling direction, and shopping guide.

8) Revisions (if needed)
You’ll have one round of refinements to ensure your design feels aligned, inspired, and perfectly you.

What We Need
1) Room Photos & Measurements
Upload clear photos of your space using the link in your Project Information Form. After reviewing your images, we’ll email you with the specific measurements needed to complete your design.

Complete the Project Information Form linked in your confirmation email after purchase. This helps us understand the purpose of your space, your goals, and any functional needs.

3) Design Style Questionnaire
Use the link in your confirmation email to complete your Design Style Questionnaire. This allows us to capture your personal taste, preferred color palette, and overall design aesthetic.

4) Inspiration Photos
Submit a few of your favorite inspiration photos using the link provided in your confirmation email. Pinterest boards, saved posts, or photos you love — anything that reflects your dream vibe!

— The Signature Studio Virtual Design Package is priced at $1,000 per room.

— All payments are non-refundable once work on your project has begun. If no design work has started, you may request a refund.

— Your full-service virtual design package will be delivered via email within four to six weeks of your virtual consultation date.

— This package includes one comprehensive round of revisions to ensure your final design is polished, cohesive, and perfectly aligned with your vision.

— You’ll receive a complete designer experience — including 2D layouts, elevations, 3D renderings, sourcing, and ongoing support throughout your implementation phase.

— Please note: Pricing is determined per functional space (e.g., living room, bedroom, dining area). For open-concept layouts, each defined zone is priced separately. For example, a combined dining and living area would be billed as two rooms.
